the air conditioning unit in my room was definitely NOT quiet i heard a constant hum throughout the night. it was quite distracting. also the single ply toilet paper was a crime against humanity frankly what is this some kind of joke

I found the staff very helpful. They were friendly and assisted me with directions. My room was always clean with fresh towels provided daily. The included breakfast offered a sufficient variety of options.

This made sleeping past 7 AM impossible. I also thought the room was rather small.
